During a statewide review meeting, SP Goyal directed:
- Identify the maximum number of pre-litigation cases before the Lok Adalat
- Ensure timely disposal for affordable and accessible justice
- Launch massive publicity campaigns across districts
- Organize tehsil-level awareness drives one day before the event
- Hold meetings with Bar Associations to streamline procedures
- Ensure each department prepares its case list in advance

UP’s Achievements in Lok Adalat 2025 So Far
According to the Justice Department:
- 1,08,39,303 cases disposed on March 8, 2025
- 1,04,80,957 cases disposed on May 10, 2025
- 1,22,01,543 cases disposed on September 13, 2025
Total: 33,521,803 cases settled in UP alone in 2025—the highest in India.
